DESIGN
Our designers determine the look and functionality of your exhibit. Our whole team collaborates to incorporate contemporary trends in media, lighting, materials and methods to ensure you have a stylish, well-engineered exhibit. Our renderings, virtual walk-throughs and sample materials will allow you to visualize your exhibit before construction begins.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Our entire team works closely with you to design and build your exhibit, keeping you updated every step of the way, answering any exhibit or show questions you may have. When managing your exhibit program, we confirm annual show schedules, coordinate exhibit assets and order the show services for all your events.
PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING & FABRICATION
Your exhibit is created at our in-house production studio, allowing the team to work closely to build a cohesive and well-engineered final product. We use only the highest quality materials and components in all of our exhibits.
GRAPHICS
Graphics are an integral part of any well-designed exhibit and our graphic designers ensure that your brand message is incorporated into your overall look and feel. We can handle everything from digital prints to dimensional graphics, stretch fabrics and multimedia.
LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSING
We take care of all of the exhibit shipping, customs and storage.
Between shows your exhibit is stored in our clean, secure and climate controlled warehouse.
LABOUR SERVICES - LOCAL, NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL
Our experienced supervisors and professional installation crews ensure a seamless event from set-up to dismantle. Our crews work closely with the rest of our team to provide you with the same support and quality, whether locally or on the other side of the globe.
AV & INTERACTIVE MEDIA
The growing demand for interactive media in exhibits is insatiable and has always been a core focus for Exhibit Solutions.
Our Project Managers work closely with you, and partner with the most reputable AV & Media specialists to ensure that your message is presented with the most current technology available.
GREEN SOLUTIONS
We offer multiple green options to help make your exhibit program more ecofriendly. We use recycled materials as well as rapidly renewable resources like bamboo in our flooring and wall panels. When building our exhibits we use non-VOC paints and energy-efficient LED lighting, and we can print with organic inks on recycled paper. Our modular system exhibits also use recyclable and reusable aluminum components.
Instead of replacing an existing exhibit, we can refurbish it for you using greener materials and graphics to give it a whole new life.
If it’s time to retire your exhibit, we can recycle it for you and properly allocate the waste to avoid landfills.
CUSTOM RENTAL EXHIBITS
This is our specialty. Our innovative modular system and custom-built components are adaptable and flexible: allowing you to expand, contract or reshape your exhibit as each show demands.
